We are currently seeking a Training Manager to take control of the training function for a luxury property in Doha. Working closely with all Heads of Department, you will develop training plans for all staff, including induction for new team members, identify on-going training needs and maintain all records for the HR office. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. To apply for this role you should have at least 5 years training experience in a 5 star Hotel, with at least 2 years experience as a Training Manager. The ability to communicate fluently in English is a must. Arabic would be an added advantage.
