We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for a fine dining Mediterranean restaurant in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will work with the Chef de Cuisine to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen. You will have the ability to provide guidance to others, and be able to evidence good business acumen, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. To apply you should have a minimum two years' experience in this post in an independent restaurant and you should have an excellent knowledge of Southern European cuisine.
