Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Sous Chef for a luxury Island Resort in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be a committed, hardworking chef with great drive and innovation. You will assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations including cost and quality control, purchasing and preparation. You will have creative flair in menu preparation using the finest ingredients. To apply for this role you will have at least 5 years experience as a Sous Chef in a 5 star property and you will be holding a relevant recognised qualification in food preparation, handling and safety. You must be competent in cooking Western, Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. This is a single status contract. We will only respond to those of you who are shortlisted.
