We are currently seeking a Sous Chef to join the team in a very popular Specialty Restaurant with live cooking stations within a 5 star Hotel in Dubai. We are looking for an individual who will assist in delivering the highest quality food and service that is required on a day to day basis. You will be service inspired and volume savvy, have experience of working in a kitchen within a busy, high turnover and understand the importance of meeting targets. To apply for this role you should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and at least three years experiences in quality establishments along with All Day Dining and international culinary experience. The ability to communicate well in English and a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is essential.
