5 star hotel in Morocco seeks a passionate and committed Sous Chef to join a team of culinary professionals. We are looking for an individual who will assist in delivering the highest quality food and service that is required on a day to day basis in this French Bistro style outlet. You will be service inspired and volume savvy, have experience of working in a kitchen within a busy, high turnover and understand the importance of meeting targets. To apply for this role you should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ overseas experience in a French restaurant environment as a Sous Chef. The ability to communicate well in English and a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is essential.
