We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for a 5 star Hotel in Nigeria. We are looking for a strong Sous Chef with a fine dining background to oversee 2 a la carte Restaurants. You will deliver the highest level of cuisine to all external and internal customers. You will have the ability to provide guidance to others, and be able to evidence good business acumen, excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Previous quality experience and the highest standards in terms of food production and service are a must. To apply you should have a minimum two years' experience in this post working for an International hotel company. You must also have experience working in the kitchen of an a la carte/fine dining outlet. Previous working experience in challenging locations would be beneficial.
