We are currently seeking a Restaurant Management Couple for a soon to open Southern French Bistro style outlet within a 5 star Hotel in Morocco. Between the two of you, one of you will be a Sous Chef or equivalent. You will be positively spirited, passionate about food and be committed to work together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experience every time. You will demonstrate energy and enthusiasm at work, be customer driven and organized. The other half of the team with be front of house and customer focused. You will be hands on and thrive on meeting new people, showing them warm hospitality and providing them with a comfortable and memorable visit. To be considered for these roles you should have a minimum of 3 years experience in your relevant field, preferably with working experience in a Southern French restaurant concept.
