An opportunity has arisen in this quality venue in Doha for a Restaurant General Manager. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of improving guest experience, along with revenue generation and colleague satisfaction. You will be responsible for effectively managing all activities within the restaurant, ensuring that optimum results are achieved across all facets of the operation. This 'hands-on' role involves enforcing company standards and policies and high levels of customer service. You should have a proven record of proficiently managing large teams and motivating employees to work at their level best. Previous experience working in a Japanese concept restaurant at a management/supervisory level would be a distinct advantage.
