Our client, one of the leading Hospitality groups is looking to hire an Restaurant Executive Chef for a soon to open prestigious restaurants in Dubai – the concept will be contemporary Japanese cuisine. We are looking for a superstar that has experience in a Michelin star environment and has a strong understanding and this style of cuisine. The idea candidate will have a solid standalone restaurant experience, and a contemporary approach to Japanese cuisine. You will have extensive experience in Sushi, Omakase, Kaiseki and Teppanyaki style cooking, handling world class Japanese ingredients. Presentation and flavour balance will be of the highest levels and your communication and interpersonal skills will be second to none. To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record at the highest level of culinary excellence. You must have good English language skills, an outgoing personality.
