We are currently seeking a Resort Executive Chef for a 5 star Boutique Hotel in the Seychelles. The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for developing the reputation of the hotel through the production of excellent quality food throughout the hotel, offering an innovation menu, and promising an exceptional culinary experience. You will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and team members and assist in the development of a high quality kitchen brigade. To apply for this role you must have experience as an Executive Chef or high-performing Executive Sous Chef in a first class property and you will be holding a recognised certification in Management. You will ideally have some International exposure and will have top fine dining cuisine skills - this is a must. You should also be proficient with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. This is a single status contract.
