We are currently seeking an Executive Chef for a central production kitchen in Kuwait. You will be responsible for developing, costing, implementing new menus and concepts for both new and existing customers as part of a team of food productions. You will contribute to a great team developing high quality food. This is a customer facing role, so you will need to be good at building rapport and creating long-term business relationships. To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 7 years experience of working in a culinary field, with demonstrated hands on experience, and a thorough knowledge of Continental/Western/European Regional cuisines. You should also have working experience within various types of culinary outlets, including fine dining and international, and you should have previous product development experience in a manufacturing or production environment or similar.
