We are currently recruiting a Pastry Sous Chef with experience in large-scale operations for a Luxury Hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in the creativity, development and implementation of new seasonal menus and recipes with the vision of exceeding guest expectations, ensuring that all outlets of the establishment are supplied with their requirements in a timely efficient manner. You will be highly motivated and your background must include strong experience in European pastries, in addition to Asian and Middle Eastern pastries. To apply for this role you should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Pastry at a leading 5* luxury hotel/resort holding the capacity of Pastry Sous Chef. You will have excellent communication skills in the English language as well as fluency in another European language. A good package is offered for the right person.
