We are currently seeking a Head Pastry/Bakery Chef for a central production kitchen in Kuwait. We are looking for someone who has the culinary expertise and experience to make a wide variety of desserts and baked goods, including confectionery work. You will need to be able to lead a large team of associates and be able to harness the challenge of volume with quality. You must also be able to ensure that all company outlets are supplied with their requirements in a timely efficient manner. You must be passionate and driven, have the ability to work well under pressure and ensure all deadlines are met. Experience in quality Hotels and Restaurants is a must. To be considered for this role you must have 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef. Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is a must.
