Our client is currently looking for a Head Chef for a 5 star property in the Seychelles. The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader who will motivate the kitchen staff to consistently produce high quality food whilst maintaining a disciplined but calm working environment. You will be a committed, hardworking chef with great drive and innovation and will oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning, cost and quality control, purchasing, supplies, budgeting and preparation. To apply for this role you will have at least 3 years experience as a Head Chef in a 5 star hotel/resort and will be holding a Degree in culinary science or related certificate.
