Our client is looking for Guest Services Supervisor for their Island Resort property. You will organize and assist the Guest Services Manager in order to maintain the highest level of courteous, professional, and efficient service to all guests. You should ideally have a degree in hospitality with at least 2 year’s previous experience in Front Office and be fluent in English and Korean, both spoken and written. Computer literacy would be desirable. You must be well versed in guest relations with excellent communication skills and a team leader who thrives in working in a multi-cultural team.
