Our client, a Hotel Management Company in the GCC, is currently seeking General Managers for current operating hotels and pre-opening properties. The General Manager is responsible to direct the operational development and progress of the hotel and manage overall standard and service implementation and improvement. You will demonstrate a highly evolved approach to leading a diverse team with a passion for mentoring, training and development. You will be a strong leader who is capable of getting the best performance across all areas, including Operations, Finance, F&B, etc., in order to obtain optimal financial results. The ideal candidate should be holding a recognised qualification in hospitality management or a related field from an accredited college or university with a minimum of at least two completed assignments as General Manager / Hotel Manager within similar market segments. Previous project management of multiple renovations and/or pre-opening experience is essential. Middle East experience is preferred. To be considered for this role you must also be able to communicate fluently, both written and spoken, in Arabic.
