Our client is currently looking to hire a passionate and dynamic guest focused Front Office Manager to join the team of a large scale 4 star Hotel in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing a team of 60+ staff members, maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction, whilst creating a work environment that supports organizational values. You will be bright, friendly and articulate, with top service standards, be a dedicated team builder who is passionate about customer service and possess good leadership and training skills. You must have immaculate personal presentation and the ability to solve problems effectively. To be considered for this role you should ideally have a degree in hospitality with at least 10+ years’ experience in FO Operations in 4/5 star international chains and with at least 3 years holding a similar role.
