An opportunity has arisen in this quality Hotel in Doha for a Front Office Manager. You will oversee the effectiveness of guest service, colleague performance and development and service enhancements as well as the day to day operation of Front Office and Guest Services. It is important that you have an understanding of current market trends, whilst having the ability to develop and implement concepts and services which are innovative and in line with the marketing strategy in a highly competitive market. To be considered for this role you will have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand Hotel and you should be holding a recognised relevant qualification. You must also have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
