International brand 5 star Hotel, soon to be opening in Morocco, is looking to appoint a Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of this department and will have a thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction. You will be a natural team player, have an eye for detail, and your skills on the floor will set the standard for the rest of the team. To be considered for this role you must have at least 5 years experience in F&B, of which a minimum of 3 years holding a managerial position and you will have large scale banqueting experience. The ability to communicate fluently in French and English is a must. A good package is on offer and only those meeting this specification will be responded to.
