We are currently seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager for a new 5 star Hotel In Morocco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the short and long term planning and the management of the F&B operations in the front and back of house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service whilst meeting/exceeding financial goals. The role involves managing and achieving profit and quality for all food & beverage operations in the hotel, including restaurants, catering and banqueting. To apply for this role you will have a minimum 5 years’ experience in a leading hotel high quality F&B operation at similar level and you must have large scale banqueting experience. The ability to communicate in French is a must. Previous African experiences would be beneficial.
