The ideal candidate will assist in the short and long term planning of the operation to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service at all times. You will be expected to monitor guest feedback, oversee the training and development of the food and beverage department and be proactive during service peak times. You will have a creative approach to PR & Marketing and you should have both banqueting and outlet exposure. This is a very challenging location that needs a strong and mature individual, therefore, strong leadership skills are essential. First hand working experience within Africa is a must.
