5 star Hotel in Turkey is currently seeking a Financial Controller to manage the accounting function of the property, including preparation and management of the budgets and implementing and overseeing all functions relating to the financial aspects of the hotel in line with the hotel systems, procedures and policies. Candidates must have a Financial Diploma or Degree, coupled with at least 6 years experience in Hotel Financial Management and you must be knowledgeable with inventory, payroll and property management systems. Previous experience in the Middle East and / or Africa would be beneficial. Arabic language skills would be a plus but not a must. Due to the nature of the hotel industry and basic reporting deadlines, employees may be required to work long hours and varying schedules to meet the business needs.
