Job Description

5 Star Hotel in Bahrain requires a committed, hardworking Executive Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef in completing the Food & Beverage department input into the overall hotel strategic plans. You will assist in the development of new menus and food items to meet the taste and dining requirements of the guests, maintaining sensitivity to local cultural traditions and adhering to religious beliefs in preparation and services of all food on premises. You will deliver the highest level of cuisine to all external and internal customers. To apply for this role you must have a minimum of 4 years experience as Executive Sous Chef in a 5 star luxury property, preferably within the Middle East.
