Island Resort in the Maldives requires a committed, hardworking Executive Sous Chef. We are looking for an individual who will assist in delivering the highest quality food and service that is required on a day to day basis. You will assist in the development of new menus and food items to meet the taste and dining requirements of the guests. You will deliver the highest level of cuisine to all external and internal customers. To apply for this role you should have at least 2-4 years experience as Executive Sous Chef within a 5 star Resort or cruise ship. You must have strong, creative flair in menu preparation using the finest ingredients and you must have a background in a-la-carte. A good package is offered to the successful candidate.
