5 Star luxury Hotel in Dubai is looking to hire an accomplished Executive Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef in completing the Food & Beverage department input into the overall hotel strategic plans. You will assist in the development of new menus and food items to meet the taste and dining requirements of the guests, maintaining sensitivity to local cultural traditions and adhering to religious beliefs in preparation and services of all food on premises. You will also be heavily involved in the current training program in the hotel. To apply for this role you should have a minimum of 2 years experience as Chef de Partie or above in a Michelin star environment at some point in your career.
