5 Star luxury Hotel in Dubai is looking to hire an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef. In this role, you will be reporting to the Executive Chef and will be primarily responsible for running the overall Pastry & Bakery operations of all outlets of the establishment, ensuring that they are supplied with their requirements. You will have strong experience in European pastries, in addition to Asian and Middle Eastern pastries. Innovation, creativity, passion, flexibility and good people skills are required for this role. Suitable candidates should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Pastry at a leading 5* luxury hotel/resort and holding the capacity of Executive Pasty Chef. You must also have excellent communication skills in the English language, as well as fluency in another European language. Experience in Europe is a mandatory requirement.
