5 star property in Doha is currently seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Pastry Chef. You will manage all aspects of the Pastry Kitchen of the hotel. You will supervise the preparation, baking and finishing of desserts, breads, chocolates and baked goods in accordance to the departmental quality standards. You will manage the operation of the kitchen, including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled. To apply you should have 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar in a luxury Hotel or Resort with large F&B operations within the Middle East, covering all aspects of pastry in buffet, lounge, cafe, banqueting and catering.
