Hospitality Company based in the UAE is seeking an Executive Operations Chef. You will assist the Group Executive Chef in the comprehensive management of all aspects of the Company’s kitchen operations and work towards building a team infrastructure which profitably delivers world class food product on a consistent basis, driving all aspects of menu development, supplier & partner relationships, team recruitment and development to fit in with the strategic plans of the company. You will monitor the performance of the individual kitchens by assessing the Head Chef’s against set Key Performance Indicators, Profit and Loss accounts, MY inventory system, and finding opportunities for improvement to ensure that all kitchens are performing in line with the strategy. To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 10 years International culinary experience within an established restaurant group/hospitality company and you will have previous experience managing multi-site locations and restaurant openings. You must also have a good understanding of the English language. Working experience in the Middle East would be a plus. A good salary is on offer.
