Job Description

We are currently seeking an Executive Chef for an Industrial and Events Catering Services Company in Trinidad and Tobago, catering for the airline, industrial and event catering services within the Caribbean and Latin America.The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader who will ensure that the preparation and presentation of food production is of the highest standard. You will be responsible for ensuring all lines are produced to the desired volumes as demanded by the company. You will plan, coordinate, direct and control the daily operations, ensuring that customer and hygiene standards are maintained in the planning, preparation, setup and delivery of meals to the customer and that hygiene standards are maintained and food costs contained at all times. To be considered for this role you should have at least 3 years experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a similar environment, be holding a Culinary Diploma/Degree from a recognized University in food preparation or food technology and have basic computing skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
