Our client is seeking a strong Executive Chef to be responsible for the day to day kitchen operations of a 5 star property in St. Petersburg. As Executive Chef you will in charge of the management, running and direction of all Kitchen Departments. You will be responsible for delivering menus in keeping with the ethos and beliefs of the Company across the hotel, with consistency and quality of food and presentation at the highest level, whilst achieving targets in gross profit, food hygiene and health & safety. You will recruit, train and develop the kitchen brigades at all levels and you will set the principles and standards of the kitchen operation. This is a ‘hands on’ role and would ideally suit someone looking for their first Executive Chef role. A candidate that has current or previous experience in the region as well as knowledge of the Russian language would be a plus.
