Job Description

We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Food Production Departments of a catering group based in the Caribbean. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of all kitchen operations and food production, including menu planning, cost and quality control, purchasing, supplies, budgeting and preparation. You should be strongly creative in all areas relating to food, having the ability to recognize, influence and follow food service trends in preparation and presentation. You will have the ability to develop, lead and motivate a high performance team. To be considered for this role you will be a graduate of a recognized culinary institute and you will have at least five 5 years’ experience as Executive Chef at a reputable catering establishment. You must also have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
