5 star Hotel in Nairobi is looking for an Executive Chef to oversee all the kitchen operations of the Hotel. You will be fully responsible for developing the reputation of the hotel through the production of excellent quality food and the development of a high quality kitchen brigade. You will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and its team members, ensuring the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets and you will develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with guests, team members, contractors and suppliers. Previous quality experience and the highest standards in terms of food production and service in a 4/5 star property is required. You should be holding a relevant recognised qualification and you must be able to communicate fluently in English. Any additional language skills would be an added advantage.
