5 Star Resort Hotel with multiple outlets is looking to appoint an internationally experienced Executive Chef. You must be quality conscious but have a flexible nature, with a proven background of managing a multi-outlet 5-star operation. Good man-management skills are needed as well as a 4/5 star background, a hands-on work ethic and ideally, you will have experience of Europe and the Middle East. You must be creative, have a crisp eye for details and be able to create and implement concepts, promotions, and special events as well as having the ability to design and deliver standard menus. This role may also suit an experienced Executive Sous Chef looking to progress in their career and take on their first Executive Chef position.
