Idyllic resort property in the Maldives is seeking an Executive Chef. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of all kitchen operations and food production in the Hotel, including menu planning, cost and quality control, purchasing, supplies, budgeting and preparation. You will be an excellent team player and have a hands on approach in work related issues and will have the ability and knowledge to create innovative and creative menus whilst taking into consideration local requirements, availability of produce, market needs and current trends. Previous working experience on an Island Resort or Cruise Ship is essential and you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
