An Executive Chef is required for a new 5 star Resort property in The Maldives. The ideal candidate will be a committed, hardworking chef with great drive and innovation and will oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning, cost and quality control, purchasing, supplies, budgeting and preparation. You will be creative, innovative and passionate about food and be committed to working together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experiences at all times. You should have a recognised culinary qualification and a minimum of 5 years experience as Executive Chef in 5 star luxury quality establishments with large F&B operations.
