Job Description

An executive Chef is required for an All-Inclusive Hotel  Egypt. The ideal candidate will be a committed, hardworking chef with great drive and innovation and will oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning, cost and quality control, purchasing, supplies, budgeting and preparation.   You will need to be internationally experienced with a solid background encompassing Europe, the Middle East North Africa and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for overseeing the whole culinary operation and for the consistency of the food preparation. Supervising a team of 140. Due to a large number of applications expected only shortlisted candidates will be replied to. The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing the whole culinary operation and for the consistency of the food preparation. He should implement the latest industry trends and upgrade both buffets and a-la-carte in terms of menus and presentation.
