The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader who will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and its team members, ensuring the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets and you will develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with guests, team members, contractors and suppliers. You must be creative, have a crisp eye for details and be able to create and implement concepts, promotions, and special events as well as having the ability to design and deliver standard menus. This role would suit an Executive Sous Chef looking to progress in their career and take on their first Executive Chef position.
