An Executive Chef is required for a 5 star property in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a committed, hardworking chef with great drive and innovation and will oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning, cost and quality control, purchasing, supplies, budgeting and preparation. You will be creative, innovative and passionate about food and be committed to working together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experiences at all times. You will demonstrate energy and enthusiasm at work be ‘hands on’ and organized. You should have a recognised culinary qualification and at least three years experience in quality establishments within the GCC. The ability to communicate well in English and a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is an essential.
