You will be responsible for the smooth operation of all kitchen operations and food production, including menu planning, cost and quality control, purchasing, supplies, budgeting and preparation. You will be a committed, hardworking chef with great drive and innovation. To be considered for this role you must have exceptional large scale catering experience with an events facility, exhibition centre or high profile contract catering operation.
