This 5 star Luxury Hotel in Doha with multiple F&B operations seeks a top class Executive Chef to lead the food production department and oversee all F&B outlets of the property. You will have the ability to maximize the revenue of all outlets through marketing strategies, up selling techniques and creativity. You will have experience in budgeting and forecasting and the ability to recruit, manage, guide, train and motivate employees. You must possess strong communication skills and have the ability to handle different profiles of guest. You will be a well travelled and experience operator, ideally with experience in Europe and Asia. An International background is essential, coupled with an extensive culinary repertoire. To apply for this role you should have at least 5 years experience as Executive Chef in hotels with more than 5 F&B outlets. Middle Eastern experience is a must.
