5 star luxury Hotel in Egypt is looking for an Executive Chef to join their team. You will be fully responsible for developing the reputation of the hotel through the production of excellent quality food and the development of a high quality kitchen brigade. You will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and its team members, ensuring the consistent production of high quality food through all hotel food outlets and you will develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with guests, team members, contractors and suppliers. Previous/current experience as an Executive Chef in very large Food & Beverage Operations (+5 outlets), and large scale banqueting, is required. You will have excellent leadership skills, constant presence within the operation and the ability to deal with a multi-cultural work force.
