Large scale 5-star Hotel in Nigeria is looking for an Executive Chef to join their team. You will be fully responsible for developing the reputation of the hotel through the production of excellent quality food and the development of a high-quality kitchen brigade. You will oversee the operational management of the kitchen and its team members, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality food through all hotel food outlets and you will develop positive customer relations through proactive interaction with guests, team members, contractors and suppliers. Previous quality experience and the highest standards in terms of food production and service, with large scale catering, is required. Previous working experience within Africa is prefered.
