5 star upmarket, trendsetting Hotel in Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint a committed hard working Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader who will ensure that the preparation and presentation of food production is of the highest standard in this small all day dining restaurant /banqueting operation. You must be creative, have a crisp eye for details and be able to create and implement concepts, promotions, and special events as well as having the ability to design and deliver standard menus. Areas of responsibility will comprise of overseeing all food preparation areas (e.g., banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and employee cafeteria). This role would suit an Executive Sous Chef looking to progress in their career and take on their first Executive Chef position.
