Beautiful Resort Hotel in Malaysia, with multiple F&B outlets, is currently seeking an Executive Chef. You will be fully responsible for developing the reputation of the hotel through the production of excellent quality food and the development of a high quality kitchen brigade. You will oversee the production of food and guest service of all outlets and you will have the ability and knowledge to create innovative and creative menus whilst taking into consideration local requirements, availability of produce, market needs and current trends. You will also assist with the training and development of culinary employees in all areas. To apply for this role you will have 5-7 years previous experience as Executive Chef in an International Hotel Chain Luxury Segment and you will be holding recognised qualifications in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
