Job Description

5 star Resort Hotel in Morocco is looking for an enthusiastic Director of Food & Beverage, with experience in handling large scale operations, to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a strong F&B Director who will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of this department. You will have the ability to maximize the revenue of the outlets through marketing strategies, up selling techniques and creativity. Our client is looking for someone at the top end of the market, with a keen eye for detail. To apply for this role you must have at least 3 years’ experience as Director of Food & Beverage in an International 5* Resort or Hotel.
