5 star Resort Hotel in Eastern Egypt is looking for an enthusiastic Director of Food & Beverage, with experience in handling a large scale Resort operation, to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a strong F&B Director who will assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of this department. You will have the ability to maximize the revenue of the outlets through marketing strategies, up selling techniques and creativity. Our client is looking for someone at the top end of the market, with a keen eye for detail, strong customer focus and drive for service excellence, to increase F&B sales throughout the property. To apply for this role you must have at least 3 years’ experience as Director of Food & Beverage in an International 5* Resort or Hotel, preferably with exposure of the Middle East or Egypt. You should be comfortable working in a remote location, dealing with the challenges this may bring. You must have large scale F&B experience, as well as a financial understanding of budgeting, forecasting and F&B sales projections.
