5 star Hotel in Egypt is currently seeking an experienced Director of Food and Beverage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the short and long term planning and the management of the F&B operations in the front and back of house to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service whilst meeting/exceeding financial goals. The role involves managing and achieving profit and quality for all food & beverage operations in the hotel, including restaurants, catering and banqueting. To apply for this role you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leading hotel with an extensive high quality F&B operation at similar level and you will have excellent English language skills.
