We are currently seeking a Development Pastry Chef for a Hospitality Company in Bahrain to coordinate all aspects of the Pastry and Bakery division of the company. You will be responsible for the preparation and development of all desserts, cakes, pastries and bakery produce, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times and you must be able to train, motivate and develop a multi-cultural team. You must be passionate and driven, have the ability to work well under pressure and ensure all deadlines are met. To apply you should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Pastry & Bakery product development. Working experience within the GCC will be highly beneficial but not a must.
