Our client is seeking a Corporate Italian Chef for a Restaurant Company in Vietnam. We are looking for an individual to oversee the food production and product development for the Italian concepts. This will include working in each of the outlets and Central Kitchen to ensure the highest quality is achieved and maintained at all times. The role will report directly to the owners and will oversee a team of local and expat chefs of approximately 50 individuals. The ideal candidate must be creative and innovative, he/she will be excited by developing new recipes and working with different local ingredients. We are looking for an Italian skilled chef that is currently heading up the kitchens of an upscale and modern Italian restaurant as a stand alone entity or within a leading five star hotel and with responsibility for multiple outlets. In addition the chef must be able and willing to develop a team through training and development – a patient disposition is important in this respect and Asia experience would be a distinct advantage.
