Our client, a Hospitality Company in Pakistan, is seeking a Corporate Director of Rooms. This is a Corporate position based at their Corporate Office. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the senior management team, controlling a large team of tradespersons and supporting the operational departments within the properties, oversees hotel services including Front Desk operations, Housekeeping, Guest Services and, Concierge. Maximizes room revenues & occupancy by analyzing daily status rates & makes adjustments accordingly. Manages large events & ensures high volume occupancy special requirements. Analyzes rate variances, monitor credit reports & maintains close observation of daily house counts. Coordinates major projects such as renovations, capital expenditures, & equipment changes. Conducts weekly Rooms Divisions meetings, including monthly financial review with subordinate managers & senior hotel directors. Reviewing revenue & occupancy forecasting & monitors labour expenses through the schedule approval process.
